What else?

Her work is informed by a rich interdisciplinary foundation that draws upon psychosynthesis, transpersonal development, systems thinking, ecopsychology and counselling. Rather than aligning with a single theoretical tradition, she integrates complementary perspectives into a coherent and holistic framework designed to engage the complexity, depth and wholeness of human experience.

  • Psychosynthesis is a holistic approach to personal and transpersonal development that integrates psychological and spiritual principles to help individuals achieve self-realization and growth. It focuses on exploring various dimensions of the self, including unconscious desires and potentials, to create a harmonious and integrated personality. Techniques such as visualization, guided imagery, and inner dialogue are used to facilitate this process. Psychosynthetic counseling involves building an interpersonal connection between individuals facing existential challenges and competent guides. It's a human encounter where one expresses their difficulties, and the other listens empathetically to help resolve them. The purpose is to address specific existential challenges by nurturing the client's inner resources, leading to personal growth and development through transformation or acceptance of limitations. Psychoenergetic Counseling combines traditional psychological methods with principles of energy psychology to address both psychological and energetic aspects of a person's being. It aims to identify and release emotional blockages stored in the body's energy system, promoting emotional processing and restoring energetic balance through a variety of techniques such as breath-work, and mindfulness practices.

  • Ecocounseling merges Counseling and Ecopsychology, promoting reconnection with both our inner selves and the natural world. It expands our self-perception, fosters empathy, and addresses the interconnectedness between human beings and the planet. This approach aims at preventing individual, social, and environmental distress while enhancing collective well-being.

  • Transpersonal counseling is an inner journey guided by a specialized counselor that actively promotes positive and purposeful change. This journey can lead to spiritual awakening and commitment to significant human and social goals. All human beings possess an innate capacity for growth that has been explored over the centuries through meditative practices, complex rituals, physical activities, and mental exercises, all aimed at the same goal: spiritual growth and personal evolution. Discover the art of heartfelt communication: using nonviolent and empathetic methods to connect genuinely with yourself and others, transcending conflict and misunderstanding to a deeper level of understanding.

  • I’m a Supervisor Counselor with Certificate of Professional Competence in Counseling AssoCounseling REG-A-1043-2013.
The supervision session focuses on presenting the case and then delving into the core themes of the client's journey. Describing the case requires the counselor's presence and attention to both the client's narrative and their own responses. Questions like, "How do I portray my interactions with the client? Am I distorting, avoiding, or interpreting?" are important considerations. Supervision aims to develop in the counselor an objective observation of the client, free from personal biases. It's an opportunity for the counselor to reflect on and purify their personal processes that may interfere with or resonate with the client. Alongside this personal reflection, technical elements are introduced to enhance the counselor's effectiveness in responding to the client.

  • The Bhaktivedanta Relational Counselor aims to help individuals uncover their deepest, most authentic values. The emotional journey involves several steps. Often, clients are unaware of their emotions, as they are concealed by patterns and defenses, causing distress. The first stage involves recognizing and accepting these emotions. Once acknowledged, emotions must be experienced and managed, shedding their masks. Observation allows for transformation, leading to emotional detachment. Meditation is a key practice yielding excellent results, facilitating access to the hidden self. Emotions arising during meditation are easily harmonized, enabling individuals to understand their true nature and rediscover themselves. By identifying the ontological aspect, individuals can better discern their true, pure values.

  • Ecotuning is a practice of Applied Ecopsychology that promotes both inner and outer reconnection. Through playful and reflective activities, Ecotuners facilitate contact with nature, encouraging greater self-awareness and mindfulness of the surrounding environment. Ecotuners are like natural facilitator guides who help people rediscover their connection to the Earth and with the elevated regions of the manifested surrounding reality. My mission is to foster a dialogue with the nature, which in turn opens the doors to discovering more around the inner nature we are part of. The Ecotuner promote environmental awareness and individual and collective well-being.

Coaching the Self-System

From competence to mastery: integrating Self-System awareness into coaching practice.

Coaching the Self-System: Syntegrity Coaching – The Inner Path to Mastery illuminates a way of coaching that integrates psychosynthesis, Vedic millennial wisdom, and the living dynamics of structural integrity. It opens a pathway where presence, coherence, and integrity unfold into mastery—guiding both coach and client toward Self discovery, wholeness, resilience, and soulful alignment, while integrating Self-System awareness into coaching practice.

It lays the conceptual foundation for Synthesis Coaching Associates’ 2026 coach training program, Coaching The Self-System, L1 & L2 ICF Accredited, where these ideas are coming to life in practice.
