Engage with a Transpersonal Coaching Approach

I pursue my passion and find joy in what I do. Psychosynthesis, a forerunner of contemporary positive psychology, is a transpersonal psychology that emphasizes the spiritual aspect of human beings as the core of a complex system. This system consists of various inner parts, or subpersonalities, which are often in dynamic conflict within individuals.

Understanding which parts are active is crucial to achieving desired outcomes, and effectively managing our inner resources is key to achieving and maintaining well-being. My approach, which synthesizes various specializations, is practical, professional, and ergonomic, while strictly avoiding spiritual bypassing or prematurely diving into the transpersonal dimension without first addressing personal growth.

In my recently published book, available in both English and Italian, I share my experiences working in the field of Psychosynthesis. This includes original research exploring the intersection of Psychosynthesis with fields such as neuroscience and the Millennial Vedic Wisdom Traditions.

  • As a Psychosynthesis Life Coach, I help people unlock their inner talents and create valuable change. Using evidence-based methods, we work on self-leadership, emotions, and conflict management to align their personality and achieve transformative results. Together, we explore their strengths and resources, empowering them to take sustainable actions that match their authentic selves. By integrating different aspects of their inner selves, we boost self-actualization and align intentions for fulfilling outcomes. My focus is on practical solutions to facilitate genuine transformation, avoiding spiritual bypassing, to facilitate genuine transformation and Self-realization. Through our collaborative process, we embark on sacred inner journeys, fostering connections beyond ourselves.

  • Ecological Systemic Coaching SuperVision (ESCS) integrates ecological and systemic principles to elevate coaching oversight. Through ESCS, coaches delve into reflection and improvement across both their professional and personal spheres. Clients are encouraged to explore coaching within broader contexts, including cultural, societal, and environmental perspectives. ESCS examines organizational dynamics with a focus on ethics and authenticity, providing valuable feedback to facilitate growth and positive change. Clients not only develop their coaching skills but also gain spiritual awareness, allowing them to adapt their methods accordingly. One of the key strengths of ESCS lies in fostering a sense of community among coaches, enabling them to exchange ideas and experiences. This collaborative environment enhances coaching practice as a transformative journey, rooted in Transpersonal and Ecopsychology concepts that are uniquely applied in the coaching field.

  • As a Certified Systemic Coach Supervisor L7, and Professional Designation at Master Practitioner level (EIA MP), accredited EMCC Global coach/mentor supervisor (ESIA), ICF MCC, and gold medalist at world championship in sleddog (1992), I can provide the required supervision both in the ICF and EMCC frame. With the introduction of the new certification known as ACTC-ICF (Advanced Certification in Team Coaching), ICF requires participants in an ACTC program to have completed at least five hours of coaching supervision or guided reflective practice with a coach trained in coaching supervision.

The application of Psychosynthesis in Coaching is today one of the most effective and necessary methodologies for development of Self-Leadership, as underlined by Roberto Assagioli since the beginning of the 20th century.
