Discover the Architecture of the Self
Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to human development and the cultivation of meaningful, sustainable change. Psychosynthesis, one of the early influences on contemporary positive psychology, provides an important foundation for her approach. As a transpersonal psychology, it recognises the spiritual dimension of human experience while understanding the person as a complex and dynamic system composed of multiple inner parts, perspectives and potentials.
Within this framework, awareness of the different aspects of the self—and the relationships among them—becomes essential for effective choice, purposeful action and lasting wellbeing. The capacity to recognise, integrate and consciously direct inner resources is central to both personal and professional development.
Drawing on a diverse interdisciplinary background, she integrates multiple perspectives into a practical, evidence-informed and developmentally grounded approach. Particular attention is given to establishing strong personal foundations before engaging transpersonal dimensions, ensuring that growth is supported by psychological integration, ethical practice and embodied awareness.
In this published book, available in both English and Italian, Cris shares her experiences working in the field of Psychosynthesis. This includes original research exploring the intersection of Psychosynthesis with fields such as neuroscience and the Millennial Vedic Wisdom Traditions.

As a Professional Life Coach, Cristina supports individuals in developing greater self-awareness, self-leadership and the capacity to navigate complexity, change and growth with purpose and clarity.
Her work is grounded in the Self-System Approach, an integrative developmental framework that brings together psychosynthesis, systems thinking, positive psychology, ecopsychology and contemplative wisdom. Through this approach, clients explore the architecture of the Self, developing greater coherence among thoughts, emotions, values, purpose and action.
The coaching process supports the recognition and integration of inner resources, strengths and multiple dimensions of identity, fostering authentic choice, sustainable development and meaningful transformation. Particular attention is given to psychological integration and embodied awareness, creating a solid foundation for personal growth, self-realisation and authentic self-leadership.
Working collaboratively, clients cultivate greater coherence between who they are, how they live and how they contribute within the wider systems of which they are a part.
